The National Non-Contact Hockey Tournament hosted by Unifor P.O.E.M. will take place as follows:

Registration: 1 Hour prior to start of 1st game
Please arrange to have the material circulated (and/or posted) to all interested members in your local.
Please note: All participants are obligated to sign a Release of Liability Waiver of Claim, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement prior to the start of their first game, or they will be disqualified from the tournament and the team the player is from.
HOCKEY
- Registration Fee: $850.00 per team
- Deadline for entries: April 4, 2024 “NO EXCEPTIONS”
- Registration: 1 hour prior to start of 1st game / Start Time: will be advised closer to tournament
- Unifor Members only! Proof of Union Card is required & picture I.D. at registration
